AICA Laminates India Pvt. Limited has completed over ten years of operations in India ever since its establishment in the year 2011.

Today it is the only Japanese company in India, manufacturing high pressure and industrial laminates. The company has its manufacturing unit at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand which is truly world class where all its products are manufactured to the most stringent international standards in tune to its eco-friendly policy of green products.

It also has its own R&D centre striving for continuous upgradation of technology as per the Japanese Kaizen & 5s principles. Its endeavour has been to bring out a combination of environment and design oriented operations. The company has branches and dealer network all over India. The combination of Japanese technology and world renowned quality process brings a perfect fusion in the field of laminates. The company’s commitment to offer excellence in customer’s service and satisfaction remains steadfast.

Mr. Naruhiro Amada

Managing Director

Mr. Naruhiro Amada graduated from the University of Japan in 2002 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience with the AICA Group, specializing in laminates. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving business growth in countries such as Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. In 2022, he took on the position of Managing Director at AICA Laminates India Pvt. Ltd., based in India.

Mr. Pronab Basak

Director and COO

Mr. Pronab Basak is a Mechanical Engineer with an advanced degree in Business Management. He has extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management, particularly within the engineering sector, including industries such as boilers, water treatment, and air conditioning. For the past decade, he has been involved in the building materials industry and became a part of Aica Laminates India Private Limited in 2017.

Mr. Kazuhiro Hasegawa

Director

Mr. Kazuhiro Hasegawa completed his university studies in March 2006 and subsequently joined Aica Kogyo Co. Ltd.'s Head Office. In February 2012, he transitioned to PT Aica Indonesia, where he served as Finance Manager. In September 2015, he returned to the Aica Head Office as a Cost Control Staff member. Since May 2023, he has been holding the position of Finance Manager at Aica Asia Laminates Holding Co. Ltd.

Mr. Akiyoshi Kaido

Director

Mr. Akiyoshi Kaido began his career in business management in 2020, serving as the General Manager for the Overseas Marketing Group in Japan. In 2021, he took on the role of President of PT. AICA Indonesia and Vice President of AICA ASIA LAMINATE HOLDING, where he has been instrumental in driving the growth of ALIP.
