Factory was setup in AKURDI Pune in collaboration with Formica International.
1978
The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited took over with renewed business with emphasis on premium segment and industrial laminates.
2005
Pune operations shifted to Rudrapur with double production capacity.
2011
Taken over by AICA KOGYO COMPANY LIMITED and is now known as AICA LAMINATES INDIA PVT. LTD.
